Texas has been my home for over 60 years, and I truly believe there is no better place to live, work, and raise a family. My spouse and I have raised three wonderful children, and we’re the proud grandparents of eight amazing grandchildren, and one great grandchild on the way. They are my inspiration and my motivation.

Growing up, my mother taught me a simple but powerful lesson: always leave things better than you found them. That principle has guided me throughout my life, in my family, my career, and now in my decision to run for public office.

I look at the existing condition of our Texas government, and I know in my heart that I cannot leave this to my grandchildren, or to yours, without doing everything I can to make it better. We’ve come too far to be taking steps backwards. It’s time to restore common sense, integrity, and forward-thinking leadership to Austin.

I’m running to ensure that the future of Texas is one we can all be proud of, a future built on strong values, opportunity, and a government that truly serves its people.
